Dr. Lisa Steffensen was born in Chicago, IL. She attended the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, where she studied pre-medicine, nutrition, and psychology, receiving a B.S. in 1981. She graduated from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1985 with a focus on integrating traditional treatment with prevention. After interning at Botsford General Hospital, she became a family doctor. She is board certified in family medicine and also received board certification in holistic health in 2006. She has enjoyed lecturing and teaching students in her Bellevue, WA practice since 1990. She enjoys partnering with her patients to work towards developing better health by lifestyle change as well as medical treatment.
She enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, cycling, running, hiking, swimming, gardening, painting, and playing guitar.
Dr. David Gamrath graduated from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1984. In 1985 he did his internship in Illinois and completed his sports medicine fellowship in 1987. He is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Gamrath has been practicing in Bellevue at Primary Care Associates since 1987. He provides family medicine, sports medicine, osteopathic manipulation, and prolotherapy services. In 2010, he was voted the best doctor in Bellevue by the Bellevue Journal.
In his spare time, he enjoys stand-up paddle boarding, hiking with his dog, gardening, and spending time with his wife and two children.
